Sinangag or Fried Rice in English is a mixture of vegetable and meat like boiled shrimps fried on garlic and onions or any spices one would like to cook it.
But how can one make tasty and delicious fried rice though it is only fried on garlic or onion without extra toppings?
The simple solution is to add a mixture of soy sauce and egg.
How to do it?
Just pour soy sauce on any container you would like then add fresh eggs.
Second, after adding fresh eggs to soy sauce, mix it.
After mixing it and become a mixture of somewhat brownish appearance, you can now pour it on the fried rice while you stir or toss and fro your rice.
Then viola!
You have now tasty and delicious fried rice!
